There’s no such thing as a perfectly brewed cup of tea if it doesn’t start with a proper vessel. Flush your teapot with hot water first. Then fill it with freshly boiled water. Allow the water to cool down to 80°C, about 2 or 3 minutes. This is in particular important for green teas to maintain their refined taste.

Earl's Secret
Black Tea is the most processed variety. Once the Camellia leaves are picked they’re dried in direct sunlight. The leaves are then rolled to break open their tissue. The leaves now react with oxygen and begin to ferment which changes their colour from green to red and finally to black. Rituals’ black teas are Earl’s Secret or Keemun Lime.
