Immunity Health Supplement

As a supplement for adults, take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Vitamin D is also called the sunshine vitamin. It owes its name to the fact that it is mainly produced in the skin under the influence of sunlight. It is found in small amounts in animal foods such as oily fish and eggs. Vitamin D not only supports the immune system, but also helps keep teeth strong. After all, chewing properly is vital for healthy digestion.

Turmeric root or (Curcumae longae rhizoma) is also known as Indian saffron or the golden spice. Turmeric contains curcumin as an active ingredient. The supplements are not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as stated on each packaging. This does not mean that the products are unsafe for these target groups, but that there is insufficient evidenceconcerning their safety.
