Think of this yoga practice as entry point to Ayurveda: a gentle beginning that opens the door to a broader philosophy of living in tune with yourself. At the heart of Ayurveda are the three doshas: Vata (nervous system), Pitta (metabolism and heart) and Kapha (structure and stability). From there, our yoga expert Laura will guide you towards the poses combined with breathing techniques.
