The great thing about this short yet powerful Pilates workout is that you can easily do it at home. To deepen the full expression of the poses, the wall is used as leverage – clever, right? In this short but effective workout, you’ll be focusing on your core. And while you may think that’s just your abs, you core also includes the pelvic floor, spinal muscles, and the deep core muscles. We love to refer to these as The Fantastic Four. By training them equally you gain more movement, flexibility and solidity. Get ready to feel more powerful from within.

She starts every day with meditation and journaling to reflect and connect to the present moment. Living as a nomad in her campervan, she finds inspiration and creative ideas in nature along the way, which she likes to share on the mat. 

Araliya has been working as a yoga and Pilates teacher for more than six years and has followed various training courses in The Netherlands and India, in styles such as Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and classical Pilates. She currently guides 1 on1 yoga and Pilates sessions both in-person and online. She also facilitates her own ceremonies with plant medicines and mantra chanting circles, and organises events where she DJs ecstatic Dance music.
