Oftentimes, after a stressful incident or hectic day our bodies will automatically let out a sigh of relief. That big inhale and letting go exhale is a signal to your body that you are okay, sort of like hitting reset for your body, mind and soul.
In this video, Richard shows you how to use that built-in sigh of relief on purpose to help you feel relaxed whenever stress, overwhelm, or anxiety creeps in.
