Etisk sourcing og arbejdsmåder er meget vigtige for Rituals, derfor forventer vi at du som Rituals-leverandør, overholder visse standarder som forklaret i vores Code of Conduct. 

Coupa er vores Purchase to Pay-værktøj, som vi bruger til at have bedre kontrol og synlighed over vores indirekte forbrug. Vi forventer, at vores leverandører altid nævner en PO på fakturaen, fakturaer uden PO vil ikke blive behandlet.

Som certificeret B Corp™ har vi en forpligtelse til bæredygtighed og ønsker at sikre vores forbrugere, at vi har en ansvarlig forsyningskæde. Vi kan ikke gøre dette uden vores leverandører, og derfor sætter vi pris på dit samarbejde om at være partner med os for at nå vores mål. Vi har valgt EcoVadis, en global CSR-vurderingsvirksomhed baseret på internationale standarder, til at udføre individuelle bæredygtighedsvurderinger af vores forsyningskæde partnere.

Upon receiving prior approval for travel arrangements from Rituals, all suppliers must adhere to Rituals' Supplier Travel Policy when incurring expenses related to business trips. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing with Rituals.
