Inspired by our Limited Edition Intuitia, this mini masterclass will help you trust your gut.
We’ve all heard the word intuition. Perhaps you’ve felt it, but you’re not too sure ‘if that was really it’. Intuition is as intrinsic to you as your DNA and your connection to it uniquely innate. It’s an internal satellite and compass, a force that moves through your entire body and beyond, guiding and leading you. Our intuition or inner voice is sometimes a subtle whisper we can easily miss, other times it’s a gut punch reaction sent from seemingly ‘nowhere’. This mini masterclass is designed to help you get more in tune with your inner voice, so you can hear it and be guided by it onto bigger and better things (or at least onto the right path!).

The power of intuition
Intuition comes from the Latin verb ‘intueor’, which means ‘to see’. But its more than a word, more than a fad or trend – it’s a feeling, a seeing, a knowing, an intelligence that uses our whole being as its senses, muscle, voice and mind. Since ancient times people have been guided by this silent voice. Aristotle, the great philosopher, defined wisdom as ‘intuitive reason combined with scientific knowledge’. Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple technology that has shaped our entire modern world, famously affirmed that intuition was ‘more important than intellect’. And finally, it was theoretical physicist Albert Einstein who said, ‘the intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant’.
The benefits of cultivating your intuition
By connecting with your intuition, speaking to it, listening to it, nurturing and developing your relationship with it - just as you would a friend – it will in turn become your greatest strength and ally, whatever the weather. It will allow you to develop a clearer relationship with your true self – your wants and needs, your values and beliefs. In connecting with it, you automatically empower the intuitive muscle and from here you can help heal your past, make peace with your present and create your future. As you commit to your intuition, you will start to attract the right people with the right energy and the right situations for you, for your highest good. Life, as if by magic, becomes ‘easier’, the way becomes clearer, you feel freer and more confident in yourself and able to connect with what serves you and what doesn’t, and in turn you will honour that without fear.
Time to dive in! Here is a week’s worth of exercises for you to incorporate into your day and over time you can intuitively build a way to connect with your inner knowing.
To delve deeper, we recommend audio recording the daily routines on your phone so you can listen to them in your own time, because your voice is a powerful thing.
DAY ONE: LIGHT IT UP
Your energy field powers your intuition, it’s the fuel you need to tune in. Here’s a quick routine to recharge and reset your intuitive power, so you can tune in clearly to what is happening and not get distracted by other people’s energy.
- Stand with feet hip-width apart. Feel grounded and steady.
- Looking straight ahead, gently close your eyes (if comfortable to do so). Start to sense the energy all around your body, every edge and space, no matter how lightly the energy touches you.
- Gently scan up and down your body. Inhale for a count of seven and exhale for a count of seven.
- Bring your attention to your feet and visualise or sense a golden light between them, coming up from the ground. As you inhale, draw that light up into the root chakra at the base of your spine
- Spend a few moments here feeling the energy of the light move into your body.
- On your next inhalation, use the breath to travel that light all the way up the spine, through each and every vertebra, right to the top of the crown.
- As you exhale, send that energy back down the spine, down though the body and into the ground. Repeat steps 6 and 7 four times.
- On your fifth circulation, as the energy reaches the top of your head, exhale and visualise that light pouring out through the top of your head like a fountain sparkling down over the entirety of your body.
- Bathe in that energy, bringing awareness to your hands and fingertips, feel the energy at the outer extremities of your body, across your face, along the outline of your body. This is light energy filling your human fuel tank.
- When you are ready, bring your awareness back to the crown and as you inhale, draw that light back down through the spine to the root chakra and right back into the earth.
- Blink your eyes open (if they are closed) and just be for four breaths in and out –watching and then noting down in a journal how you feel in this moment.
Use this anytime: morning = power-up, evening = energy cleanse, midday = vibe boost!
DAY TWO: DIAL INTO YOUR INTUITION
Think of your intuition like a phone call. Dial in and say hello with this mini connection routine.
- Sit comfortably, feet grounded.
- Palms up, gently close your eyes.
- Breathe: In through your nose for 6, out through your mouth for 7. Repeat this 7 times.
- Say (out loud or in your head): “Intuition, I feel you, I hear you”. Repeat this call 3 times.
- Visualise a circle of light with a dial inside.
- As you connect with your intuition, see the dial move, clockwise or anticlockwise (your intuition will choose). It will spin fast at first, then come to settle.
- Say (out loud or in your head): “We are connected. I am and I can.” Repeat this 3 times.
- Open your eyes, note down any sensations and feelings. You're plugged in!
DAY THREE: FINDING YOUR INTUITIVE TELLS
Intuition and ego use the same voice; they however use a very different language. We are conditioned from day dot to listen to fear or ego, and we spend a great deal of time trying to battle it. Intuition, on the other hand, wants the best for you. We can use our bodies to act as dowsing tool to confirm intuition’s message, starting here with what is good for you and what is not. Here’s how to find your yes and no:
- Sit somewhere calm and peaceful. Set a 6-minute timer.
- Breathe deeply 6 times, in and out through your nose. You can visualise drawing the breath up through your tail bone, up the spine and out through the top of your head.
- Turn your palms face up, in an act of being open to receiving energy and insight.
- Ask: “What is my YES?” as you breathe in. Repeat 3 times.
- On the 4th breath, notice any feeling. Where does your yes live?
- Do the same with: “What is my NO?” Repeat and tune in.
- Trust the sensations. where do you feel confirmation? How does it feel? Trust it, write it down, don’t sit with it in mind or analysis. Don’t overthink—just feel and write.
- Keep writing until the timer goes off.
Tip: If you feel you are not ‘getting it’ or your mind interferes, remember this mantra, “I am and I can”. Take your time and keep playing with this routine, over time it will teach to trust the feeling beyond the thoughts and conditioning.
DAY FOUR: ENERGY BLITZ – SHAKE IT OUT!
We have cleansed, we have connected, we have tuned in. Time to energise your intuition with this high-vibe mini HIIT for your spirit.
- Breathe in for a count of 10 and out for a count of 10 through your nose. Do this 5 times.
- For power - place your hands on your belly, left hand under the right, and visualise a yellow fire build with each breath. Do this for 10 breaths in and out.
- For grounding – and to eliminate stagnant energy, stamp your feet one at a time. Do this 5 times with each foot.
- For shifting – inhale and shrug your shoulders up, then exhale and drop them hard. Do this 5 times.
- For cleansing – imagine that yellow fire rising from your belly to your mind, with each breath burning through the stagnant energy in your mind. Repeat this for 3 full inhalations and exhalations.
- For protection – breathe in and pull down energy from the universe around your entire being. Repeat this for 3 breaths.
- To affirm - repeat “I am safe, fired up, and ready to go.” Say this 3 times.
Check in: What one word sums up how you feel now? Write it down and see how you take this through your day.
DAY FIVE: REINFORCE THE VIBES
Today, it’s your call. Use your intuition to pick two practices from Day 1 - Day 4, whichever ones you feel drawn to. What does your body and mind need today? Let your intuition guide you.
DAY SIX: INTUITIVE INTENTION-SETTING ROUTINE
Time to ask your intuition what it really wants—not what you think you want. Today, reconnect to your voice and your words with this intuitive call from within.
- Light a candle in a comfortable space. Place a pen and a blank piece of paper in front of you between you and the candle. Place your hands down flat on either side of the paper.
- Sit quietly, let your breath lengthen, gaze deeply and with intention at the flame.
- Visualise all your thoughts pouring into the flame, letting the flame consume them and letting yourself be.
- Keep breathing deep, turning your attention inward and towards your heart. Ask yourself what you’re seeking today, this week or this year. What is your intuition’s intention?
- Say the following mantra out loud 3 times, “What do I want, what do I need?”
- Allow your personal intention to rise up on intuition’s wave. Let the feeling or visual roll over your entire being and into your mind’s eye.
- Write down whatever has come to mind. Watch the words. Then close your eyes and visualise them once again.
- On your next exhalation, send it out through your crown to the universe.
- Seal it by saying, “I am and I can. I ask, I believe, and now I see.” Repeat this 3 times.
Place your intention somewhere you can see it daily and affirm it regularly until you feel it has become you. Only then will it be time to repeat the routine.
DAY SEVEN: REST + INTEGRATE
Spiritual burnout is real – we can get caught in spiritual ego and become addicted to how good it feels in the rush to connect with intuition rather than intuition itself. Today is about resting, allowing your intuition to rise naturally. Watch how it nudges you without trying. That’s the magic.
