How to start every day feeling great with our mini mind & body masterclass

This month, wellbeing expert Deborah Quibell guides you through a series of yoga flows and mindful moments to help feel awake & refreshed

Do you find mornings mentally and physically tough? That it doesn’t seem to matter how much sleep you get, you just can’t bounce out of bed? Then you’ve come to the right corner of the internet.

To help you start your mornings feeling good, we have called on our yoga and meditation expert Deborah Quibell to share a series of yoga flows and meditations to help you wake up with ease, feeling refreshed. Whether you mentally struggle to wake up or your body just doesn’t want to get going, we have a gentle yoga flow or mindful meditation that will help.

Below we have pulled together 2 yoga flows and 3 meditations that will help you kickstart your day feeling positive. You can treat this as a 5-day mini masterclass trying a new meditation or yoga flow every day, or you can pick and choose what feels most relevant to what you need. Ready to feel energised?

Energising morning yoga with sun salutations

Something would be amiss if we didn’t start this mini masterclass with a sun salutation-based yoga flow and this flow works to wake you up in less than 15 minutes. In this video, Deborah breaks down the poses of this well-known sequence of asanas, so you can harness the power of greeting the sun (even if it’s not shining), helping you experience more energy and clarity every day.
