Our Stores

Can I exchange my product in store?

Yes, you can exchange your store purchase within 30 days at any of our stores, as long as you present your receipt. It doesn’t have to be the same store where you made the original purchase. Please take note of the returns policy on the bottom of your (digital) receipt, and take into consideration that returns and exchanges can only be done in the same country as the original purchase. 

Please make sure the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For clothing, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original price tags attached. 

Tip: Online orders can also be returned to a Rituals store of your choice.
