It’s no surprise that transitioning from a chaotic day to a relaxing evening doesn’t always go smoothly. But don’t worry—Deborah is here to teach you a yoga sequence designed to help you let go and slow down.
In the evening, there is less energy available to us, and this practice requires just the right amount of effort. Starting with some standing postures and twists, she’ll continue with some gentler postures that won’t over-activate your nervous systems or leave you feeling depleted just before bed.
