By participating in claiming an offer from Rituals via SoPost, Rituals will use Participants personal data collected within the context of the offer. We will collect Participant's first name, last name, date of birth and his/her e-mail address and other relevant details (postal address, preference quiz) for participation to the offer. Personal data collected as part of participation to the offer will not be further used retained by Rituals for any other purposes, unless Participants consented thereto. The personal data provided upon participation will be treated by Rituals with strict confidentially and will be retained and/or processed in accordance with the applicable legislation with regard to the protection of personal data.

These personal data will be used, within the context of the offer, exclusively for the organisation and proceedings of the offer. Rituals reserves the right to end the offer at any time and/or unilaterally change the published rules, terms and conditions as well as the promotional period, at any time without having to state accountability. In all cases not provided for by these conditions Rituals will decide in accordance with what is reasonable and as it deems fit;

Rituals can, except in the case of fraud or a deliberate error, not be held liable for any damage incurred by a Participant as a result of or arising from his/ her participation in the offer or receipt or use of the offer, including but not limited to damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the offer.

This promotion is governed by Dutch law, and all disputes in relation to the competition that cannot be settled amicably will be placed exclusively before the competent courts in Amsterdam.
