When you think of yoga, you might envision ultra-toned ashtanga or sweat-drenched Bikram practitioners gliding from one power pose to the next. But yin yoga is different. It’s a meditative and slow-paced style of yoga, with long-held poses that give you the time and stillness to bring your body & mind to a state of deep relaxation.
Because yin yoga calms you down, it’s a wonderful way to prepare your mind & body for sleep. Here’s a great bedtime sequence designed by our yoga expert Laura to relax into a perfect night’s rest.
