Our Stores

It’s great that you want to visit us with a favourite product in mind. With many of our online products, you can check availability in store. This is an indication that can differ from the actual stock in store.

If you want to guarantee that you will not leave the store empty handed, it is advisable to contact the store prior to your visit. Our staff will be happy to inform you if your favourite item is in stock.
Certainly, you can exchange your store purchase within 30 days at one of our stores upon showing your receipt. You can also do this in a different store to the one where you made the purchase. Your products must be unused and unopened and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and still have the price tags attached.

Tip: Online orders can also be returned to a Rituals store of your choosing.

I have not received a gift with my purchase in store

Naturally, we like to surprise you as a loyal customer with a beautiful gift above a certain purchase price. You will receive this from us when your purchase meets our promotion conditions, a maximum of one per customer as long as stocks last. If we have forgotten to give you your gift, please return to the store of purchase with your receipt.

Please note: we cannot make any exceptions if you do not meet the minimum purchase amount. Naturally, we have various small products (such as travel-friendly sizes) to supplement your purchase, so that you can then be eligible for your gift.
We are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed excellent service in store. We also love these fantastic experiences and we value you sharing them with us. If you let us know when and where you visited, we will ensure that we will share your feedback with our staff.

You may also have a comment about your visit. We are open to hear your experience on how we can continue to improve our service and quality.
We can imagine that you want us to be as local to you as possible. We are therefore constantly opening new stores at beautiful locations. Our newsletter keeps you up to date with our latest developments. Hopefully we will come to your area soon.

Until then, you are of course very welcome in one of our current stores, or to have your order delivered at home via our web shop (this is how we really bring your shopping experience closer).
It’s great that our favourite cherry blossom has captured your attention. It blossoms the entire year in our stores and we can imagine that you would like to have such an eye-catching item at your home as well.

Our cherry blossom (as well as the rest of our interior/decoration) has been uniquely developed for us and that is why it is not for sale. But we can delight you with The Ritual of Sakura collection, then you can take the wonderful cherry blossom fragrance home with you.
