Terms and conditions of the Visa Discount Promotion (”Promotion”)
Eligible participants will receive a Promotion discount code from Rituals via email in response to a valid request to participate in the Promotion (a “Code”). In order to receive the Code the participants enters its email address and signs up for the Rituals newsletter.
Promotion takes place from September 1, 2019 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) until November 30, 2019 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Each Code generated by the participant during the Promotion Period will expire three months from the date it is generated. Open to residents of the forty-eight contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible to participate. Participants must sign up for the Rituals email newsletter to receive a Code, but may unsubscribe at any time.
This Code is valid only when you pay with your Visa debit and/or credit card when making a qualifying purchase of regularly priced items online via www.rituals.com or in official Rituals stores.

Not redeemable for store credit, cash or cash equivalents such as gift cards, and may not be applied to taxes, shipping and/or handling charges.
This Promotion is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion. Only one Promotion Code can be applied during a single transaction.
The Code is not valid for merchandise purchased before the Promotion Period.
Any Promotion Code (as shown on the receipt) applied to merchandise that is returned will be deducted from any refund amount.
When buying in store, the customer must present the barcode for the Code on a device at time of purchase to receive a discount under this Promotion.
The Code is for personal use, is non-transferrable, may not be resold, and may not be used to purchase products for the purpose of resale.
Rituals reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time for any reason, in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
By using this Promotion, you agree that Rituals will process your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
Disclaimer of warranties: Rituals makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to type, quality or fitness of the Code, the Promotion, or the goods and/or services provided in connection with the Promotion.
Rituals will not be liable for (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any Promotion, Code, registration link, communication, notice, rewards or other benefits; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption or use of the benefits under the Promotion; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties; or (d) any errors published in relation to the Promotion, including, without limitation, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description and errors in the crediting or debiting any discounts or payments in connection with this Promotion. Rituals reserves the right to correct, without notice, any errors.
In no case shall Rituals, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, lost profits, lost revenue, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from OR RELATING to the Promotion, any program terms or rules, our operation of the Promotion or your PARTICIPATION IN or use or misuse of the Promotion, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental dmages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Rituals’ failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision herein is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms and conditions, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Applicable Law and Venue for Disputes under the Promotion: Notwithstanding any other term to the contrary (including other terms in the Rituals general terms and conditions), New York state law and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions, will govern this Promotion. Foreign laws do not apply. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be heard exclusively in the courts in and for New York, NY, USA.
