Our Stores

If you're planning to visit one of our stores with a favourite product in mind, you can often check its availability directly on the product page of our website. Please note that this is only an indication and may not reflect real-time stock levels.

To be sure your item is available, we recommend contacting the store before your visit. Our staff will gladly check the current stock for you.

Most of our collection is available in stores. However, some products and collections, such as Tiny Rituals or The Ritual of Mehr, are exclusively available online.

Yes, you can exchange your store purchase within 30 days at any of our stores, as long as you present your receipt. It doesn’t have to be the same store where you made the original purchase. Please take note of the returns policy on the bottom of your (digital) receipt, and take into consideration that returns and exchanges can only be done in the same country as the original purchase. 

Please make sure the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For clothing, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original price tags attached. 

Tip: Online orders can also be returned to a Rituals store of your choice.

However, our cherry blossom tree, like the rest of our interior decor, has been specially designed for Rituals and is not available for purchase.

The good news? You can still bring the essence of cherry blossom into your home with our The Ritual of Sakura collection, inspired by the same delicate and uplifting fragrance.
