Face yoga: A simple guide to getting it right

In this video tutorial, Karli Orazi reveals how to use face yoga moves to boost glow, beat puffiness, and feel calm.

Face yoga is a simple way to boost skin glow, release tension, and reduce puffiness. Think of this video as a mindful workout for the 40+ tiny muscles in your face and neck. With a few simple moves, you’ll help lift, soften, and refresh your face.

Taking some time to move and massage your face is also good for your wellbeing, since it can help to melt jaw and brow tension from screen time, ease “tech neck”, and support lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness around eyes and cheeks. Gentle massage cues the skin to drink in oxygen and nutrients, while slow breathing settles your nervous system. The result? You don’t just look rested; you feel it too.

Using your favourite face oil and gua sha, these moves are easy to incorporate into your skincare routine.
