How do I return my products?

Purchased your products online?
You can return your products either by mail or by visiting one of our stores. 
If you wish to return your products by mail, you can register your return using our return form. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions and a QR code.

Place the form listing which products you are returning in the box and ensure that returned products meet our return conditions. Consult the e-mail with the return instructions to see which delivery service will return your order to us. Via the website of the delivery service, it's usually easy to find a local drop off point. Once at the drop off point, show the QR code to the staff so they can process your return order easily. 

If you prefer to visit one of our stores, please visit your nearest store (excluding outlet stores) in the same country in which your order was placed. Simply show an employee the QR code in your order confirmation email and we will take care of the rest.

Purchased your products in store?
Simply return to one of our stores with your original receipt and our colleagues will be more than happy to help you. Please take note of the returns policy on the bottom of your (digital) receipt.

Note: returns made with a gift receipt can only be exchanged.
