Ayurvedic Grounding Meditation

Take ten minutes to soften, steady, and return to yourself. This guided Ayurvedic grounding meditation reconnects you to the Earth element through breath, posture, and simple affirmations.

When life feels fast or your mind feels noisy, this Ayurvedic grounding meditation guides you back to steadiness. It draws on a simple Ayurvedic idea: we’re always moving between qualities – light and heavy, fast and slow, scattered and steady.

On days when everything feels a bit too quick, too full, or too “in your head”, grounding is the practice of returning to the stabilising qualities of Earth: steadiness, warmth, support, and presence.

This meditation is designed to help you feel more rooted in your body and in the moment. It can be especially supportive when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, overstimulated, or simply finding it hard to switch off. As you settle, you may notice your breath naturally slows, your nervous system softens, and your thoughts feel less urgent – creating space for calm, clarity, and a quiet sense of belonging.

My intention is simple: to help you feel held, steady, and supported – so you can carry that grounded energy into the rest of your day or evening.
