So, this meditation series is all about combining meditation with the things we have to do, to maximise time and make these everyday moments more meaningful.  


This month, meditation expert Giselle La Pompe-Moore is here to guide you through a meditative body care routine. For many, applying body lotion is a non-negotiable part of our self-care routines but, over time, the things we do regularly even when they’re enjoyable can become a chore or something we do on autopilot. With this meditation, you will be encouraged to breathe deep, take your time and to really enjoy this moment for yourself.
