Identity
This promotion is organised by Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V., having its registered offices at Keizersgracht 679, 1017 DV Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 809215160 ("Rituals"). 

What is #AmsterdamCollection
The #AmsterdamCollection is a promotion that enables you to win an Amsterdam Collection gift box. The promotion will run from September 5th (at 00:01 GMT) up to and including September 30th (at 23:59 GMT) ("Promotion Term").

Who can participate?
This promotion is intended for all people aged 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18, you are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Once a person has completed the requirements for participation, as set out below, they will become a participant ("Participant").
The following parties are excluded from participation:
(i) employees of Rituals or companies affiliated or associated with Rituals
(ii) every other person who is involved in the organisation of the promotion, and
(iii) immediate family members of the persons mentioned under (i) or (ii).

How to participate
You can receive the canvas tote bag during New Arrivals Celebration event on September 5 with a minimum spend, while stock lasts. Participation is free of charge. To be eligible for winning a prize, a Participant must post a picture of him/herself wearing the limited-edition Amsterdam Collection canvas tote bag on Instagram using #AmsterdamCollection @ritualscosmetics during the Promotion term.

Prize & the determination of winners
The most beautiful pictures will be selected by an independent jury on the 2nd of October. There will be 10 winners in total. The prize for each winner is an Amsterdam Collection gift box (including a foaming shower gel, body cream and body mist from the Amsterdam collection) with a value of £45.
The lucky winners will need to provide their email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as the winner. Further details will then be provided by Rituals.
All prizes under this promotion are non-exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation.
The winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time Rituals reserves the right to select a new winner. Privacy
By participating in the promotion, Rituals will use Participants' personal data collected solely for the purposes of running the promotion and in relation to the Prize. Personal data will not be further used or retained by Rituals for any other purposes, unless Participants consented thereto. Liability
Subject to Rituals' willful misconduct or gross negligence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rituals is only liable for direct damages caused due to Rituals' negligence and not for any indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption (even if Rituals have been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable) arising out of the Participant's participation in the promotion. As such, Rituals is not liable for any damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the Prize.

Exclusion
Rituals reserves the right to exclude any entries which believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

Applicable law
To the extent allowed by law, this promotion is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and all disputes in relation to the promotion that cannot be settled amicably will be placed exclusively before the competent courts in Amsterdam. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you under your own laws where such provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of your jurisdiction.

Applicability
By participating in the promotion the participant agree to these terms and conditions.
Rituals reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion and/or these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
