Whether you’re holding physical tension or your mind won’t quiet, this short, effective flow can be slotted into your nighttime routine to help you unwind.

If you’re short on time in the evening to unwind and ready yourself for bed, or just want a short, effective, relaxing yoga flow, then look no further.

This session is a little over 15 minutes and in that time, I take you through a flow that helps you connect with your body and breath, to absorb the gratitude from your day, and release any tension you may be holding in your body or mind.

The flow transitions into a breathing exercise to really help prepare you for a good night’s sleep. Press play to begin.

During moments of transition, her meditation teacher would always say “home is in the heart, home is here and now, be simple, be home” Her yoga practice helps her to find home, in the body, in the breath, wherever she lands.
Her teaching style is warm & compassionate. She approaches yoga from a physiological and psychological perspective. Exploring effort & ease in stillness & movement.
Karli believes that creating daily rituals with yoga can help us to participate in the world with more humility, compassion and presence, & to find more balance & equanimity in our daily life.
