Slow down & restore your balance with this yoga practice
Sun Oct 14 2018
Is stress making you feel a bit out of balance? This practice is the perfect antidote. Because tension causes you to take shorter, more shallow breaths (which is unhealthy), this session invites you to breathe deeper and slower. It’s all about slowing down and not pushing or straining—simply work in partnership with your breath. When you’ve completed this session, you’ll notice your body feels more open and your mind is more relaxed. In short: you’ll create more balance for body, mind & soul.
Already relaxed, or perhaps so relaxed that you find yourself needing some motivation to get things done? We have a routine for that as well. Watch our other yoga for balance video for a sequence designed to help you through low energy days.
