By rooting down the hands and feet, we create more spinal length to improve posture and lengthen the body. You will not only look taller and leaner, but simultaneously build mental strength. Win-win!

For Araliya, yoga is a lifestyle. Personal growth, spirituality, music and dance are central to everything she does. She starts every day with meditation and journaling to reflect and connect to the present moment. Living as a nomad in her campervan, she finds inspiration and creative ideas in nature along the way, which she likes to share on the mat. 

Araliya has been working as a yoga and Pilates teacher for more than six years and has followed various training courses in The Netherlands and India, in styles such as Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and classical Pilates. She currently guides 1 on1 yoga and Pilates sessions both in-person and online. She also facilitates her own ceremonies with plant medicines and mantra chanting circles, and organises events where she DJs ecstatic Dance music.
