I created this resistance band workout that you can do anywhere, anytime. Whether you want to maximise your lunchbreak or exercise on holiday, these bands don’t way much and are easy to pop in your handbag or suitcase. The rubbery, elastic bands are a relatively inexpensive option to build strength and stability and improve heart health while working out.
