Q: Can I book the workshop for someone other than myself?

Do you want to share this special moment with a friend or surprise a loved one with an educational slow down experience? Make sure to bring them along! You can make a reservation for up to 6 people. If you reserve less than 6 slots, other participants can also join the same workshop until all 6 spots are taken.

Q: How much time should I plan for the workshop?

The workshop itself takes an hour and a half. But why not make a day of it? After going back home, snuggle into your most comfortable clothes, light up a candle and enjoy some well deserved me-time with your newly acquired skills.

Q: Where does the workshop take place?

The workshop will be held in a Rituals store of your choice. During the workshop you will be seated in an exclusive area inside the store. Depending on the time slot you booked, the workshop might be taking place within or outside of the opening hours of the store.

Q: Is it possible to buy Rituals products after the workshop?

Absolutely! Your workshop host will be delighted to hear that you enjoyed the workshop so much that you want to purchase something right away and will help you find the perfect match.

I’ve made a reservation but unfortunately I'm unable to attend. What should I do?

We know that you were looking forward to the workshop and we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned! You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop by clicking on the cancellation link in the confirmation email. Do you need to cancel less than 48h before the workshop starts? Please call the Rituals store where the workshop is due to take place. You can find all contact details here. Last but not least, don't forget to book another appointment for the workshop of your choice - you do not want to be missing out on this special treat.
