Find focus with this grounding meditation

In a world full of notifications, emails and pop ups, we are used to multi-tasking. At times it can feel super-productive, but this habit of constantly pivoting our focus can also work against us. With a big task at hand, we often find our minds jumping to other things when we need it to concentrate. But how can we expect ourselves to be good at focussing if it’s not something we practice?

We rarely give our minds the opportunity to be still, simply concentrating on one thing. This guided meditation will help you to slow down, be in the moment and eliminate distractions. Try it whenever you need to streamline your thoughts – or even when you don’t. Allowing yourself moments like this on a regular basis will help you to improve your concentration and focus ready for when you need it most.
