A simple meditation to help you live in the moment with intention

New Year resolutions tend to fail, but intention setting in spring? Now we're talking. The days are longer, the blossom is blooming and possibility dawns. Take advantage of the seasonal awakening by setting intentions to unlock your potential for the year.

Life can fly by in a blur. It’s a little like being a passenger on a fast-moving train; look out of the window and everything is a blur, it’s not until the train slows down that the landscape comes into focus. Taking the time to slow down and to really appreciate life from the small moments to the big occasions takes practice. As does being intentional with your time and really living in the moment. Being intentional, whether it’s with moments of rest, focusing on our friends and family or being mindful of our tasks at work, will bring more meaning to your days. Learning how to live in the moment with intention can also help you feel less stressed and more accomplished. You might notice better connections with those around you, more productivity and a little more colour in your day.

This meditation will help you learn how to slow down, to focus with true awareness, and to be more intentional with your time. Give it a listen today.
