Your answer

Option 1:
Check if your WiFi signal is strong enough. If your WiFi signal and connection are OK,
briefly press the reset button underneath the Genie and re-install your Genie.

Option 2:
Was there a change in your WiFi network (settings, password change or new
network)? If so, you'll have to reconnect the Genie to your app. Please
disconnect the Genie before reconnecting it. Read instructions here.
