- Participant: This free promotional “Game of Skill” is intended for participants in the Netherlands aged 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18, you will need proven consent from your parents or guardian to participate. To make use of this promotion, you will need to click on the link to play the online Rituals Samurai Game. The participant can choose to redeem the gift with purchase following these instructions, between the duration of the promotion, from the 1st of April 2019 to the 18th of June 2019:
- Instore: Participants must play the Samurai game for over 15 seconds to redeem a travel-size foaming shower gel (50ml) from The Ritual of Samurai collection with next purchase of no specified value. To claim your free gift with purchase in stores, please show the barcode received via mobile to a Rituals staff member.
- Online: Participants must play the Samurai game for over 15 seconds to redeem a travel-size foaming shower gel (50ml) from The Ritual of Samurai collection with next purchase of no specified value. To claim your free gift with purchase online, please insert the coupon code in your shopping basket.
The offer is valid whilst stocks last. All users who have made use of the offer in full and accepted the terms and conditions will hereinafter be referred to as the 'Participant' in the singular or 'Participants' in the plural.
- Participation - to make use of the offer you will need to buy at least one product in store or online for any value. The offer is valid for max. one gift per person and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange, or other value. Rituals accepts no responsibility for any variation in the offer value. Only valid at Rituals Cosmetics own stores and web shop, (department stores, outlet & airports are excluded). Not valid at any other retailer. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid whilst stock last as of 1st of April 2019 (at 00:01) until 18th of June 2019 (at 23:59).
- Eligibility: the promotion is open to legal residents of the Netherlands, who are 18 years of age or older. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
- Delivery: the company will fill accepted orders with due speed yet not later than within 30 days, when the gift was claimed online.

- Changes- Rituals reserves the right to end the offer at any time and/or unilaterally change the published rules, terms and conditions as well as the promotional period, at any time without having to state accountability. In all cases not provided for by these conditions Rituals will decide in accordance with what is reasonable and as it deems fit;
- Liability - Rituals can, except in the case of fraud or a deliberate error, not be held liable for any damage incurred by a Participant as a result of or arising from his/ her participation in the offer or receipt or use of the offer, including but not limited to damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the offer;
