The last two months of the year are always busy, from an excess of parties and social gatherings to holiday organising, gift shopping and more, it can all get a bit overwhelming. During this time, things like eating healthy and exercising can easily fall off.
That’s why I have put together a super short (less than 10 minutes) fast-paced power yoga workout for you – think of it like a little movement snack. Do it whenever you have time, either first thing in the morning or when you get home from work (on the nights you have free).
