If the adapter's case is broken or damaged, remove it from the power outlet immediately
and replace it with an original Rituals Perfume Genie adapter. Please contact our customer service about your
broken or damaged adapter via +31 (0)202415948 or fill out the contact form.
Never use a different power adaptor than the one supplied by Rituals for your Perfume Genie.
