Oftentimes, here at Rituals we share a full yoga flow with a purpose whether it’s for waking you up in the morning or helping you wind down at night, but this video is a little different. I am zero-ing in on one advanced yoga pose, and showing you how to do it like a pro.
In just 5 minutes, I’m going to show you all the steps you need to take to perfect your crow pose. It’s not easy, so don’t worry if you don’t get it straight away, in fact, it can be a fun one to work towards. For beginners, it can help to use a pair of blocks if you have them.
With practice, once you nail the crow pose you can use it as a transition into a low plank or a tripod headstand. But one step at a time, hit play and give it a try!
