Beat bloating with these yoga stretches

Relieve yourself from uncomfortable – and even painful – bloating in less than 15 minutes with these yoga stretches.

You know the feeling, when you’re so bloated you just want to unbutton your jeans and lie horizontal on the floor. Or hide away under a baggy sweater. Whether your digestive system is inflamed or it’s that time of the month, we’ve got a “flowy” cure for you.

All the yoga stretches in this flow are hand-picked and put together to alleviate bloating and ease your discomfort. The combination of slow twists and gentle yin poses will help reduce the appearance of a swollen abdomen. By twisting, your insides receive a gentle massage — great therapy for gas, bloating, and constipation. The soft yin poses target the back, neck and spine and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which means you'll not only feel lighter but you’ll feel more relaxed too.
