A 5-minute meditation for when you're feeling overwhelmed

We all know life can be demanding. Our jobs, family, relationships, friendships - never mind our own personal needs - all require attention, and often at once. And on occasion, juggling all these obligations at once can feel overwhelming. It’s at times like this when it’s easy for anxiety and worry to take over, leaving you wondering: how do I get a grip on my life again?

That’s where our 5-minute anxiety reducing meditation comes in. Developed with the aim of restoring peace and creating a sense of calm, this simple-to-do guided session is a quick way to bring relief from the busy-ness in your brain. But don’t think of this as another thing to add to your already full to-do list. Instead, see it as the first step towards restoring balance. This is about dedicating just five minutes to you in order to focus on your own thoughts and needs. We promise you won’t regret it.
