Unwind body & mind with our bedtime meditation

Not just your regular meditation, this starts with some simple movements to relax the vagus nerve for ultimate calm.

Your vagus nerve carries signals between your brain, heart and digestive system. Think of it like a direct line to your parasympathetic nervous system (the system that helps you rest and digest). This meditation is designed to relax this vagus nerve, communicating to your brain that it’s time to sleep.

Starting with some small movements in a seated position, you’ll quickly notice a wash of relaxation sweep over you. Once the simple yet effective movements are complete, I’ll welcome you to lie down for the second part of the meditation that should see you drifting off soon after.

This meditation is less than 20 minutes and is the perfect addition to any bedtime routine to help you fall asleep and sleep soundly. Give it a try tonight.
